Indications

Prinorelax® (cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride) is indicated by FDA as an adjunct to rest and physical therapy for the relief of muscle spasms associated with acute, painful musculoskeletal conditions. Improvement is manifested by relief of muscle spasms and their associated signs and symptoms, namely, pain, tenderness, limitation of motion, and restriction in activities of daily living.

Prinorelax ® relieves skeletal muscle spasm of local origin without interfering with muscle function

Dose

The recommended adult dose for most patients is one (1) PRINORELAX 15mg capsule taken once daily.

Some patients may require up to 30mg/day, given as one (1) PRINORELAX 30mg capsule taken once daily or as two (2) PRINORELAX 15mg capsules taken once daily.
